They provide companionship tailored to the resident’s personality and interests, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

Residents with high-intensity care needs often exhibit responsive behaviors, such as agitation or distress. Our agents are trained in evidence-based techniques such as the Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA), Montessori, and Teepa Snow techniques, to minimize these behaviors, creating a more peaceful and harmonious living environment. By engaging residents in meaningful activities and using redirection strategies, our agents help residents and staff feel more at ease.

Our agents work collaboratively with existing LTC caregivers by complement their efforts. By providing one-on-one support, they can respond quickly to residents’ changing needs, offering assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, and engagement.  This added support frees up your staff to accomplish the many care centred activities for which they are responsible.

 Behavioral Supports Ontario – Documentation of Supports (BSO-Dos) reporting is a vital component of our approach. Our agents document their interactions with residents, tracking behavior changes, responses to interventions, and other critical data. This information helps inform care planning, ensuring that residents receive the most appropriate and effective support.
