This technology ensures that our guards can only sign on/off duty for shifts and patrols within the predefined geofenced area designated by the client. By enforcing location-specific sign-ins, we guarantee that our guards are present at the specified locations, enhancing both security and accountability.
Integrated with the Geofencing feature, the app automatically generates a record each time our staff signs on or off for their shifts. This digital record serves as a reliable source for tracking time and attendance, offering precise insights into the duration of their presence at designated areas.
After signing on for their shifts, the app opens an Instructions section, providing our guards with specific shift duties. It includes a comprehensive outline of the required tasks for the shift, along with additional reminders highlighting best practices for security patrols, Health and Safety guidelines, and our Code of Conduct. Our guards are required to review and sign off on this document before commencing their shifts, ensuring clarity and adherence to protocols.
Within the Humanity app, we employ an innovative RFID patrol tag system that facilitates efficient and accurate time-stamped checkpoint tracking during security rounds. This technology ensures meticulous monitoring and documentation of patrol activities, allowing us to maintain a robust record of security operations. This feature also includes incident reporting with accompanied uploaded photo’s, offering management real-time data on incident’s, breaches, maintenance issues, etc.
Our management team reviews daily reports generated by the patrol tour system within the Humanity app. These reports are compared against client expectations and standards, enabling us to ensure that all duties are performed according to requirements. This proactive approach allows us to promptly address any potential deficiencies and uphold accountability.
