Shalom Manor has had an excellent experience working with Edmond Protection and Consulting. We have utilized their services for one on one behavioural supports, and for additional high touch point cleaning and resident re-direction during periods of outbreaks. One benefit is that the agents engage with the residents rather than just monitoring them, making the residents feel at ease with their presence. Additionally, we always receive prompt responses to anything that is brought forward, and when we have a need EPC is usually able to get an agent to us within a few hours of our first phone call. We look forward to continuing to work with EPC!

She is right up in the garden, pointing out different flowers and engaging the resident in conversation. This makes my heart so happy!
